UNAVOIDABLE PROJECTS: LEGALIZATIONS
For all installations required by standards regulations, PGIGRUP writes the Legalisation Projects to obtain the necessary permits from the Department of Industry to be able to request supply from the corresponding companies as well. The company also obtains the works licenses for carrying out the said works.

A NEW CONCEPT: COMMISSIONING.
Commissioning is an activity that is developed in the final phase of the construction process. The objective is to ensure that inside installations are adjusted to end users’ needs, concerning materials quality, efficiency, performance, comfort of use and energy consumption.
The purpose of commissioning management is not only to cover inspection and checking of services individually, but also to follow up integration and implementation of the executive project. All pressure, watertightness, balance and feature tests are monitored to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and criteria.
Other functions included within the Commissioning service are verification and organisation of environmental trials, load tests, recompilation of all documentation –including the operations and equipment maintenance manuals– and organizing the final demonstration before the competent authorities and owners.
